Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. Who we are
PremarketPlay is a trading name of Linsbury Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 07245770. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. VAT number GB990922293. Email: [email protected]. These terms are between you and Linsbury Ltd.
2. Who can subscribe
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to subscribe to PremarketPlay. You may not use the service where doing so would be unlawful under laws applicable to you. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that business.
3. The service
PremarketPlay publishes an automated daily list of U.S. stocks in play before the market opens (the “Playbook”), together with a public archive of past Playbooks and their outcomes. A subscription gives access to the current day's Playbook before that session's close.
4. Information only, not advice
PremarketPlay provides general and impersonal market information to all subscribers on the same basis. We do not take account of your financial circumstances, investment objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance, and we do not assess whether any security or transaction is suitable or appropriate for you. PremarketPlay does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage or trade execution. A published bias describes our automated assessment of specified premarket conditions and is not an instruction to enter, hold or exit a position.
Every subscriber sees the same Playbook. We don't answer questions about whether you should trade a particular security. You alone decide whether and how to trade. The risk disclosure forms part of these terms.
5. Subscription, billing and taxes
5.1 Prices, the trial and renewals are described on the pricing page and are shown again before you pay. The trial is for new subscribers and is available once per person.
5.2 By subscribing, you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method for the first payment and then for each renewal at the price in force, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
5.3 Prices exclude VAT. Where we must charge VAT or another sales tax, it is added at checkout at the rate that applies where you live. You are responsible for any other taxes, bank or currency-conversion charges that apply to you.
5.4 If a payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry it. Until it succeeds we may suspend your access, and if it still hasn't succeeded after a reasonable time we may end your subscription.
5.5 Cancellation, your 14-day cancellation right and refunds are covered by the cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Your account
An account is for one named person. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it, and you must give accurate details when you sign up.
7. Licence and intellectual property
7.1 While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right for the person named on the account to access and use PremarketPlay for their own trading preparation. If you subscribe as a business, such as a trading firm, that person may also use it for the business's internal purposes.
7.2 PremarketPlay's software, methodology, presentation, rankings, text, graphics and other proprietary content remain owned by Linsbury Ltd or its licensors. Market data, news and other third-party material remain subject to the rights of their respective providers.
7.3 No right to redistribute, publish, resell or commercially exploit any of that material is granted, except as these terms expressly allow. The public archive may be linked to and quoted briefly with a link back to the page.
8. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, republish or systematically copy members-only content, share your login or give others access to the current day's Playbook, scrape the service or access it with automated tools, use its content to build or train a competing product or dataset, or interfere with the service or its security.
9. Third-party data and availability
9.1 The service depends on third-party providers, including market-data, news, hosting, payment and email services. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and catalyst summaries are written automatically. We aren't responsible for third-party services we don't control, but we choose and monitor our providers with reasonable care.
9.2 We aim to publish every trading day by 09:00 ET but don't guarantee it. When a plan is late or missing, the site says so. We may change, add to or withdraw features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
10. Suspension and termination
10.1 You can cancel at any time as described in the cancellation and refund policy.
10.2 We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, for example by sharing your login, redistributing members-only content or scraping the service, or if we must do so by law. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put things right. If we close your account for a serious breach, we don't refund the current period.
10.3 We may also end your subscription for any other reason, including if we stop providing the service, by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. We will then refund any amount you have paid for the period after your subscription ends.
10.4 When your subscription ends, your right to use members-only content ends. Sections 4, 7, 8, 11 and 14 to 16 continue to apply.
11. Liability
11.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
11.2 Subject to 11.1, we are not liable for trading or investment losses or for any decision you make using the service, for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you subscribed, or, if you use the service for a business, for loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity or any indirect or consequential loss.
11.3 Subject to 11.1, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
12.1 We may change these terms, the risk disclosure or the cancellation and refund policy, for example to reflect changes to the service, our prices, how we take payment or the law. Each document shows the date it was last updated, and we keep a copy of every version.
12.2 If a change is material, meaning it affects your price, billing, what your subscription includes or your rights, we will email the address on your account at least 30 days before the change takes effect, saying what is changing and when.
12.3 If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect. You won't be charged under the new terms, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If your subscription continues after the change takes effect, the changed terms apply to you from then.
12.4 Changes that don't disadvantage you, such as clearer wording, corrections or new contact details, and changes we must make sooner to comply with the law, take effect when we publish them. Where a legal change is material, we will still email you as soon as we reasonably can.
12.5 If you subscribe after a change is published, the version current when you sign up applies. We record which version you accepted.
13. Using PremarketPlay outside the UK
PremarketPlay is run from the United Kingdom and covers U.S.-listed stocks. We don't represent that the service is appropriate or permitted in every country, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are, including any rules on trading and on receiving market information. We may decline or limit subscriptions from particular countries.
14. General
14.1 These terms, with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the service.
14.2 If a court finds part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
14.3 If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. A waiver only counts if we give it in writing.
14.4 We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will tell you if we do. If you are a consumer, this won't reduce your rights. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
14.5 No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
14.6 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at a data provider, exchange or hosting company. We will tell you if one affects the service for long, and you may cancel.
15. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the service, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you live outside the United Kingdom, this does not take away any protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
