Cancellation and refund policy

Trial
New subscribers pay $1 for the first 7 days. Unless you cancel before the 7 days end, your subscription automatically continues at $49/month, charged to the same payment method, and renews monthly until cancelled. These terms are shown again before you pay. Prices exclude VAT. UK and EU customers pay VAT at their local rate, added at checkout.
Your 14-day cancellation right (UK and EU consumers)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription without giving a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into. The contract is entered into when your first payment is accepted.
Your access starts as soon as your first payment is accepted. By signing up, you ask us to start the service straight away, during the cancellation period. If you then cancel within it, we refund what you have paid, less a charge for the service you received before you told us you were cancelling:
- The $1 trial payment is refunded in full.
- From the first monthly payment, we keep 1/30 of that payment for each day, or part of a day, between the payment and your email ($49 ÷ 30 = $1.63 a day, plus VAT where charged), and refund the rest. For example, if you cancel 3 days after that payment, we refund 27/30 of it.
To use this right, email [email protected] before the cancellation period ends, saying that you are cancelling. Cancelling from your account stops renewals but does not by itself request a refund. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your email.
After the cancellation period, the sections below apply.
Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where the law requires otherwise. If you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days and we will review it.
