How it works
PremarketPlay does the morning scan for you and stops at the plan. By 09:00 ET you have a short, ranked list of stocks in play, why each is moving, a bullish or bearish bias and the levels that matter. Then you open your charts.
- ScanAbout 2,000 liquid U.S. stocks, premarket data from 04:00 ET (consolidated SIP feed)
- QualifyPremarket gappers and Day-2 continuations that clear the gap, activity and range rules
- BiasBullish or bearish from premarket behaviour. No clear bias, not published
- CatalystCompany news checked and summarised in our own words, or “no material news found”
- Freeze09:00 ET: the plan is sealed with a SHA-256 hash and can't be edited
- EvaluateAfter the close every call is graded by a fixed, published method, failures included
Before the bell
- 04:00 ET PremarketPlay starts recording premarket trading across about 2,000 liquid U.S. stocks from the consolidated feed.
- 08:00 ET Members see a provisional list, updated every few minutes and after the 08:30 economic releases.
- 09:00 ET The Official Playbook is frozen and sealed. From then on it can't be changed, by us or anyone else.
- 09:29 ET Final premarket high and low are added for reference, labelled separately.
What each stock shows
- Rank, bias (▲ Bullish or ▼ Bearish) and setup (Gap or Day-2)
- Premarket price, gap from the previous close, premarket volume and range
- The catalyst in plain words with a link to the source, or a clear “no material news found”
- Levels: premarket high/low and VWAP, previous close, previous-day high/low, 20-day high/low and nearby round numbers
After the bell
When the session closes the day's Playbook becomes public at its own page, and every call is graded with a fixed method: how far the stock moved for and against the bias from the open, and how it behaved after a standard five-minute reference. Calls that failed are shown in their original place. Read the full methodology.
What it isn't
PremarketPlay is not a trade-alert service, a chat room or investment advice. It has no entries, exits or position sizes, and it doesn't update during the session. It's a plan you read before the bell.
